This is a drop-in RF isolator designed for UHF communication systems, which covers 925–960MHz. It achieves ultra-low insertion loss: ≤0.25dB at 25±10°C and ≤0.3dB within -30°C~+75°C, with VSWR controlled within ≤1.15 at 25±10°C and ≤1.20 over full temperature range to guarantee superior impedance matching.
The isolator provides outstanding isolation performance of ≥25.0dB at 25±10°C and ≥23.0dB in wide temperature range, effectively protecting power amplifiers from reflected signals. It supports up to 200 Watts CW average power and 100 Watts load power with proper heat dissipation, and works stably within the temperature range of -30°C to +75°C with clockwise signal flow from P1 to P2.
Mechanically, it adopts a compact drop-in flat outline with length 25.4±0.2mm and maximum height 9mm, suitable for direct PCB embedding and installation. Standard outline size facilitates integrated circuit layout, and all raw materials comply with RoHS 6/6 environmental standard.
