LEO Satellite TT&C Cavity Filters: 2025–2110 & 2200–2290 MHz

Apex Microwave offers two cavity bandpass filters covering the S-band frequencies most widely used by low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites for telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C):

ACF2025M2110M70TWP — a 2025–2110 MHz cavity filter for the Earth-to-space (uplink) side.

ACF2200M2290M70RWP — a 2200–2290 MHz RX cavity filter for the space-to-Earth (downlink) side.

The 2025–2110 MHz and 2200–2290 MHz pair is the standard Earth-to-space / space-to-Earth combination for space operations, referenced in ITU-R SA.2169 and in FCC authorizations for NGSO/LEO operators. NASA also uses 2200–2290 MHz as a primary spacecraft telemetry downlink band.

Both are rugged, weatherproof units (IP68-rated) designed to keep signals clean in harsh outdoor environments, with strong out-of-band rejection to protect against adjacent-channel interference.

They are suitable for LEO satellite TT&C ground stations, satellite payload front-ends, launch telemetry links and space research / EESS receivers — as well as base stations, radar systems and microwave front-ends.

Every unit can be tailored to the customer’s requirements — frequency range, power rating, connector type and mechanical configuration, with OEM/ODM support. As a manufacturer, Apex moves from defined parameters to confirmed solution to prototype testing, backed by a three-year warranty.
